We were so relieved to find Yaletown Storsge for our move. Not only was it great for warehousing extra items during the staging of our condo sale, but it allowed us to.keep our valuable pieces safe until the e bulk of the move was done. Oliver was incredibly helpful - a consummate professional and the facility exceeded expectation. It was clean, spacious, incredibly affordable and we LOVED riding up in the old timey (yet safety regulated) freight elevator. Hope not to move anytime soon but would use Yaletown storage again in a heart beat.

The staff are friendly and professional, and the pricing is very reasonable for a downtown location. The facility is conveniently situated in Yaletown, making it easily accessible. There is ample parking available at the rear, including designated loading bays, which makes moving items in and out efficient and stress-free.
The building offers easy lift access, and the spacious freight elevators significantly reduce the number of trips required. Carts are readily available with a simple loonie deposit, adding to the overall convenience.

Very good experience signing up for a rental and getting access, with help from Oliver. He phoned me after my online booking and helped me sort out the best size for a unit, and then made sure I knew the 2 month discount offering. At check-in he was very thorough and went through all of the details. The facility is clean and in good condition.

I had such a great experience with this storage facility in the West End — the location couldn’t be more convenient! The space is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really makes it stand out is the management.
Oliver is absolutely the best — courteous, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, always greets you with a smile, and makes you feel completely at ease. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and attentive in customer service these days.
