Yaletown Mini Storage

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Yaletown mini storage. Due to a leak in my home I had to up and move on a whim. I initially called to inquire about prices and that’s when I first spoke to Oliver. He was so kind, patient and willing to help. Of course I had no idea how much space I would need or the measurements of any of my belongings. I was expecting to speak to someone who would understandably be annoyed with that lol but Oliver wasn’t at all. He was so nice and was able to confidently tell me exactly what I would need. When I did come for a viewing, I then met Chris who was also just as kind and helpful. He went out of his way to show me multiple options and help me pick the best one. Aside from the amazing customer service— something I truly value at any establishment— the prices at this place are beyond affordable. Basically half of what I was expecting to pay. Which is shocking considering the location is right in Yaletown. I never write reviews, but in this case, I absolutely had to. Especially if anyone else who may find themselves in my position, or something similar, can feel confident coming here. Thank you Oliver and Chris 💜

Great service from Chris and Oliver! Needed storage on short notice for a short duration and with a help of these guys I was setup and ready with in an hour. Move out was pretty seamless as well and will most definitely make use of this service again in future if we require additional storage.

As a foreigner, I was treated exceptionally well at Yaletown Mini Storage. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel well taken care of. Their service truly impressed me, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage space!

Great place to store your things, good prices and great staff. Oliver was really helpful with my couch and helping me recall my locker number.

Renting a unit here was my first experience with using a storage locker, and it could not have gone better. I'm not saying this just to pump their tires (although I would happily do so), but the customer service I received from the team here was genuinely some of the best I've experienced anywhere, in any area. From the initial tour to to the explanation of the different units and pricing, to changing parts of my file and closing out my unit, everything went incredibly smoothly. Multiple times I reached out with things I needed to change on my account, and every time things were solved in days, if not hours, and I never felt like I was being a pain even though I'm sure other places may have made me feel that way. Oliver and Chris are both fantastic, and if I were to move back to Vancouver and need to store anything, this is the first place I'd go, no question.
