We recently moved out of the storage because we moved out of Yaletown. But I rented a few storage units from them for a couple of years. Olive & Chris were super friendly, reliable ( always on time for the operational hours ) and helpful. The storage was always clean, they always remind us if there is a stat holiday coming up soon.
If we ever move back to Yaletown, we will definitely reach out to them!

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to for the exceptional service I had over the weekend. Oliver was such a big help answering every question I could throw at him , while ensuring the moving out process was seamless for me. He is patient , kind , a true people person and I can’t thank you enough.I would recommend this storage company due to his hospitality!

Very nice and accommodating staff. My place got water damage from the unit above and I had to move out for repairs. I decided to go with Yaletown mini storage after a friend recommended them and since it’s a 5 min drive. Had a great experience so far!
