I was a customer for 2.5 years and the entire experience there was wonderful. It is very clean and secure. The customer service team have been exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout the years. The service is exceptional. I usually go there on the weekends because of my work schedule and I have to say that David is an awesome individual. We have had great conversations about Vancouver, Toronto, music etc... The professionalism in this place is grade A and I can honestly say that this place was the best storage facility I have been in. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thank you so much!

5/5 Stars
Honestly, StorGuard ruined every other storage place for me.
My biggest takeaway is just how clean and well lit it always is. Everything actually works. I used to rent from one of those giant corporate chains, not naming names, but it rhymes with re-Public, and going there felt like stepping onto the set of a sci-fi movie where an AI robot workforce took over and completely forgot how to do maintenance.
At StorGuard, the place is constantly looked after, the prices are way more than competitive, and the upgraded personalized keypad entry adds great peace of mind. Plus, privacy is totally respected if you just want to fly in and out. In fact, I pretty sure I hold the record for the fastest sign in and sign out with the old logging system.
Major credit to the owner too. You are either paying your crew really well or you hit the lottery with hiring, especially with Mike in the front office. Every single time I walk in, Mike handles things with the kind of real hospitality, patience, and actual product knowledge that makes you glad you chose this spot. He even puts up with me and my self appointed nickname, "Delinquent D," whenever I swing by the front office, which really says it all about the service here.
If you want a secure, spotless, hassle free storage unit that won't break the bank, this is the place.

I just vacated my storage locker after more than 11 years. When I opened it few days ago, I was expecting a big mess of dust and dirtiness but I got a great pleasant surprise when I opened the lock for first time in so long... everything was mostly as I left it. Facilities are super clean and the staff is always super useful and attentive. Even while living abroad, I could solve any issues via email or phone at a speedy and timely manner. I truly recommend this storage facility.

I've had a storage unit on 4 different occasions at this Storguard, and each time Mike supported/ managed the process. He is kind, patient, and attentive - while being relaxed and incredibly thorough. I've never had any issues, from the set-up to closing out my units - it's always been the same amount of care and warmth! I can't recommend them enough! Plus, best prices in an accessible location IMO :-)
