The facility offers high security, climate control storage units, drive in loading bays, short term and long term storage, all in a super convenient location opposite Starbucks just west of the Home Depot. Catering to all of your storage needs, we offer storage units ranging from 3' x 3' to 10' x 20'. Units range from 3' tall lockers to 10' ceilings.

I’ve been storing at Storguard for almost a year and a half, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The facility is spotless and always well-maintained, and it’s super convenient to downtown Vancouver—I can even walk there. Oliver has been amazing to deal with: always friendly, professional, and super helpful whenever I had questions, especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger locker. Couldn’t ask for a better storage experience. Highly recommend!

I have used Storguard on Terminal many times over the last 14 years. I will continue to use them each time i have storage needs. The price for a locker rental is very good and the location is really convenient. The staff is very friendly and the facility is always clean and very secure. The choice of lockers is vast and I have changed from one size to the next without a problem. The hours they are open make it possible to get to my items at my convenience. I fully recommend using Storguard on Terminal for your storage needs.

Great location, the hours of access were convenient for my needs. Payment for the size of storage was reasonable and affordable. Dollies/carts available for moving items, larger elevators. Cancellation was a breeze. Communication was quick and clear. Will definitely recommend and return. 👍🏽
