Easy access, plenty of room to back up vehicle to unload. Plenty of storage options. Pricing may seem high but very competitive for being within Vancouver. Front desk staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The place is kept immaculately clean. Definitely recommend.

I stored my belongings at Storguard Self Storage for about 4 years and had a really positive experience throughout. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing long-term feel simple and stress-free.
The staff were always great to deal with — friendly, helpful, and professional. Mike was especially kind and always so helpful whenever I stopped by, which added a personal touch and made the experience even better.

I’ve been storing at Storguard for almost a year and a half, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The facility is spotless and always well-maintained, and it’s super convenient to downtown Vancouver—I can even walk there. Oliver has been amazing to deal with: always friendly, professional, and super helpful whenever I had questions, especially when I needed to upgrade to a larger locker. Couldn’t ask for a better storage experience. Highly recommend!

I would like to start with what nice customer service you guys have. David is an epitome of good customer service. This place is very convenient, the storage is beside a car wash and vacuum perfect for my needs. If i could give you 10 stars id give it to you.
