I was a customer for 2.5 years and the entire experience there was wonderful. It is very clean and secure. The customer service team have been exceptionally kind, helpful and professional throughout the years. The service is exceptional. I usually go there on the weekends because of my work schedule and I have to say that David is an awesome individual. We have had great conversations about Vancouver, Toronto, music etc... The professionalism in this place is grade A and I can honestly say that this place was the best storage facility I have been in. I will definitely use them in the future if needed. I just vacated my storage locker after more than 11 years. When I opened it few days ago, I was expecting a big mess of dust and dirtiness but I got a great pleasant surprise when I opened the lock for first time in so long... everything was mostly as I left it. Facilities are super clean and the staff is always super useful and attentive. Even while living abroad, I could solve any issues via email or phone at a speedy and timely manner. I truly recommend this storage facility.

I had a great experience all around with Storguard. When I was first looking for a unit, Mike helped me to choose one that would serve my purposes and offered any information I needed in getting around the building and such. Now I'm relocating so I moved my belongings out and Oliver helped me with everything needed in that process. Both employees very friendly and willing to help. Great company and I highly recommend them.

The best I could find. I've been a customer for nearly 3 years. Mike and David on the customer service team have been exceptionally professional throughout the years. Exceptionally.
