Jas was very helpful and efficient in getting my set up for my unit within an hour of making an inquiry. She answered all my questions and was a great help in getting access to sign documents without my having a smart phone.

Storage Mart on East Kent Ave, Vancouver, is great. I ordered a second locker online and phoned them to follow up, and the assistant offered me a similar locker to the one I already own, right next to it - a difference of 8 floors! She was super friendly and efficient in making the necessary arrangements. I have been with them for many years and can recommend. E.g. if you can't make a payment on time, feel free to negotiate with them. They are very understanding and professional.
