Excellent customer service ! . Both Ritchie and Jas went above and beyond. They were able to identify what I needed and what I did not. Prior to renting out the space Ritchie gave me a quick tour of the facility just to break down what i would be expecting and the pros and cons between each unit and location. Well done . Will definitely be recommending your facility to other people

This place is one of the cheapest in Vancouver. Nice and clean. No mice problems. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially Jas. She is above and beyond the rest. Very welcoming when I first signed up and answered all my questions when I had any concerns.

In June 2025, I rented a storage locker at StorageMart, and it’s easily the cleanest and most organized facility I’ve come across.
Everything is well-maintained and easy to navigate.
Raschin was a big help during the sign-up process. He was friendly, professional, and made everything clear and simple.
I’d definitely recommend StorageMart to anyone looking for straightforward, affordable storage. 🙂🙂

I just spoke with Jas in customer service— I was reserving a unit there—and she was amazing! Jas did everything she could to help me find the perfect unit & book it, no matter how long it took. I have been at StorageMart for almost a year. It is clean and well managed. The customer service is excellent. Although there are many self storage options nearby, I stay because of the customer service. Jas is exceptional. She is kind, trustworthy, and she goes above and beyond. Thanks Jas! 💗
