Pretty good experience: • kind employees • long hours to access (6am to 23pm) • the place is clean Only one negative little thing: I do not understand why I had to buy the lock 🔐($22,99 + taxes).

Signing up online was easy & simple & then heading over to the office (during office hours) so they could verify identity and get keys, lock & a fob made it feel secure. Facility is clean, dry, easy to navigate, open later than their in-person office hours & basically open when I need them to be. Fob access has been seamless. Peace of mind that my stuff won't be damaged is worth the price I paid.
