In the process of moving, I discovered that I had way too much stuff and needed a small, short term storage locker. Every option I found online was either full up, exceeded my needs and finances, or all of the above.
I called the customer service line to get everything set up before the office opened. It was easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. [I want to say their name was Kay? They should get a kudos or whatever the contact centre calls it.]
When l got to the office, the one employee was already helping someone. Despite my impatience, this rep was calm, friendly, and responded in the best way possible. They finished necessary steps on my account and got me in and out of my storage unit (clearly) as quickly as they could. [Like the contact centre agent, please give a kudos to the employee working AM shift @ E 7th on July 31st, 2025.]
I really appreciate the help both people I dealt with provided. They went above the (common) bare minimum to help me overcome a huge frustration during my move.

It is a great place to use as a storage. The staff here is very helpful. I would really like to appreciate Harpreet for helping me even when it was almost her closing time. She was not at all grumpy rather she helped me in all my doubts with a smiling face.

I recently used the storage services at Maple Leaf Self Storage in West Vancouver, the storage facility I used was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The entire center is very well-managed, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They assisted me in finding the perfect storage solution that suited my needs. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch storage services in Vancouver.
