Had a great experience with Chavan, the assistant manager at Sentinel Storage. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very prompt in addressing any concerns we had throughout the process. You can really tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about providing good customer service. I needed a place to store my furniture and household items, and a friend recommended Sentinel Storage. The Vancouver location on Laurel Street is only about a 15-minute drive from my home, which is very convenient. I was also lucky to get a promotional rate that was about a quarter of the regular price — such a great deal!
The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The facility is clean, dry, and well organized, and the layout makes loading and unloading very convenient. The management is also very well run, so I feel confident that my belongings are safe.
Access hours are flexible, which makes things very convenient for customers. This is my first time using a storage service, and I’m very happy that I chose Sentinel Storage. Thank you to all the staff at the 8866 Laurel location for your help and support!

I had a great experience with Sentinel Storage. Rocio and Chavan were incredibly helpful throughout the entire period. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they responded quickly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Their excellent customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free. The facility was also easy to access and very clean. Overall, I can absolutely recommend it!

I love Sentinel Storage and their Laurel St. location is the best! They have ample undercover parking spaces, plenty of carts to use, and a very convenient loading bay. I want to give a special shout out to Rocio and CK!!! They helped me on multiple occasions with my inquires about renting another storage locker at one of Sentinel’s other locations when my needs changed. Rocio took wonderful care of me while sourcing the most affordable options, as well as booked Sentinel’s complimentary moving truck, saving me even more money. Her kindness and care went a long way in alleviating stress over my move. I will be recommending them and Sentinel Storage to everybody that I know!

I have been a client for several months, and it has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! They have helped me by accommodating my storage needs, recommending locker sizes, and fitting my budget.
