Incredible service. I was in a rush to get my storage unit, and the owner was very attentive to my needs and able to help both me and another customer simultaneously so I could catch my flight. The check-out process was simple too, and the owner personally walked me to my unit to ensure everything was as it should be. I would absolutely recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone in Vancouver who needs short or long term storage options.

I had an exceptional experience with Sentinel Storage on Laurel Street! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The facility is clean, secure, and well-organized, making the entire process of renting and accessing a storage unit stress-free.
A special shout-out to Carlos, whose professionalism and kindness truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed and made the entire experience seamless. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service these days, and Carlos deserves every bit of recognition for his efforts.

They have excellent staff. Varun worked late to help me finish my check-in yesterday evening so my girl can do the move in today. He is so patient, supportive and knowledgeable. The on call manager told me how to find the right elevator. Would love to use their service again for sure.

I booked a unit, upon arrival I was told it was flooded and they gave me a smaller and cheaper one. Also nobody warned units had no locks and you have to pay $20+ for it. The unit price also didn't include the mandatory insurance and who knows what their $25 admin fee was. And last but not least, they messed up with documents and they have a payment system from the stone age. A true pro client approach. I give 3 starts just for getting my stuff undamaged and for their responses when called or emailed.

This was my first time in Canada, and they provided excellent guidance. Excellent customer service, easy storage, and your belongings are safe. My mattress didn't get damp or develop any bugs.
