Carlos gave some of the best customer service I have ever experienced since arriving in Canada. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question I had, he engaged in conversation while still maintaining a listening ear. The facility itself was very clean, well ventilated and safe. My storage unit was bigger than I anticipated so I was happy with that. Overall great experience so far. Will update after my storage term.

According to my work I have been to many storage facilities around BC. Sentinel storage in Laurel street has the best customer service, ample of parking and well planned units out of all!

The initial contact by phone was a lady in Toronto - kind, friendly and great detail of the service. Need to add she was a very good listener. Definitely management material.
Then at the storage facility - again really good employees - service, explanation and a great smile. This makes Sentinel the place to go. Thank you for your exceptional employees.
