I had a wonderful experience with Sentinel Storage while keeping our belongings there for almost two months. The facility was clean, secure, and very well maintained, which gave us great peace of mind throughout the entire period.
A special thank you to Rocio Lopez Villa, who provided exceptional customer service. She is a polite and sweet woman who went above and beyond to assist us. Rocio was always friendly, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

I needed a place to store my furniture and household items, and a friend recommended Sentinel Storage. The Vancouver location on Laurel Street is only about a 15-minute drive from my home, which is very convenient. I was also lucky to get a promotional rate that was about a quarter of the regular price — such a great deal!
The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The facility is clean, dry, and well organized, and the layout makes loading and unloading very convenient. The management is also very well run, so I feel confident that my belongings are safe.
Access hours are flexible, which makes things very convenient for customers. This is my first time using a storage service, and I’m very happy that I chose Sentinel Storage. Thank you to all the staff at the 8866 Laurel location for your help and support!

We have had a great experience with Sentinel Storage on Laurel St in Vancouver! The lockers are clean, bright, and very well maintained. The staff especially Chavan Kumar are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe.

Chavan and team were amazing in helping us setting up our storage needs. We needed something larger but he helped us with an innovative solution. The facility is clean - one of the cleanest I’ve seen and the staff are outstanding! Love the docking bay and also the help provided.
