I needed a place to store my furniture and household items, and a friend recommended Sentinel Storage. The Vancouver location on Laurel Street is only about a 15-minute drive from my home, which is very convenient. I was also lucky to get a promotional rate that was about a quarter of the regular price — such a great deal!
The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. The facility is clean, dry, and well organized, and the layout makes loading and unloading very convenient. The management is also very well run, so I feel confident that my belongings are safe.
Access hours are flexible, which makes things very convenient for customers. This is my first time using a storage service, and I’m very happy that I chose Sentinel Storage. Thank you to all the staff at the 8866 Laurel location for your help and support!

Chavan and team were amazing in helping us setting up our storage needs. We needed something larger but he helped us with an innovative solution. The facility is clean - one of the cleanest I’ve seen and the staff are outstanding! Love the docking bay and also the help provided.
