I recently used the storage services at Maple Leaf Self Storage in West Vancouver, the storage facility I used was exceptionally clean and well-organized. Yesterday I rented a unit at Pockit Self Storage at Clark and 7th for short-term use, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. From the genuinely friendly attitude in the voice of the agent when I first phoned to make an inquiry, to the care I received from the agent on site, I was delighted with the service and the interactions. Trevor, who I had never met, treated me as if we were old friends as he looked for (and then found) a variety of options to suit my specific needs. Then, when I stopped by in person to arrange for my rental, I was particularly impressed by Harpreet's clarity in every detail of her explanations about the contract, as well as her kindness, her generosity of spirit, and the time she took as she walked me through the procedures for accessing the unit. The facility is in fantastic shape and was affordable for my budget.

I recently used the Pockit public Storage facility in Vancouver branch and had a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings were in good hands. Additionally, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other storage options in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage services.

First time renting a storage locker. Trevor was amazing in helping me decide on size and explained all the options. Facility is extremely clean. Easy access. Fair prices.
