Signing up online was easy & simple & then heading over to the office (during office hours) so they could verify identity and get keys, lock & a fob made it feel secure. Facility is clean, dry, easy to navigate, open later than their in-person office hours & basically open when I need them to be. Fob access has been seamless. Peace of mind that my stuff won't be damaged is worth the price I paid.

I recently used the storage services at Maple Leaf Self Storage in West Vancouver, the storage facility I used was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The entire center is very well-managed, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They assisted me in finding the perfect storage solution that suited my needs. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for top-notch storage services in Vancouver.

Great place! The sign up process was quick and easy, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me choose the locker most useful for our needs. The rent is very reasonable, the building is clean and bright and security is top notch. I would recommend this locker service.

Yesterday I rented a unit at Pockit Self Storage at Clark and 7th for short-term use, and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with them. From the genuinely friendly attitude in the voice of the agent when I first phoned to make an inquiry, to the care I received from the agent on site, I was delighted with the service and the interactions. Trevor, who I had never met, treated me as if we were old friends as he looked for (and then found) a variety of options to suit my specific needs. Then, when I stopped by in person to arrange for my rental, I was particularly impressed by Harpreet's clarity in every detail of her explanations about the contract, as well as her kindness, her generosity of spirit, and the time she took as she walked me through the procedures for accessing the unit. The facility is in fantastic shape and was affordable for my budget.
