I recently used the Pockit public Storage facility in Vancouver branch and had a very positive experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which gave me confidence that my belongings were in good hands. Additionally, I found the pricing to be quite reasonable compared to other storage options in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of storage services.

I think the best thing i can say is that when the last thing i needed was anything to add to a very challenging time... That there's a level of understanding and professionalism (and organization and cleanliness) that didn't add to things in the least. I would not hesitate to recommend pockit Vancouver to anyone. It wasnt exactly clear when i sat down to write this why i would even though i have multiple times already. Its not a system where you cannot see prices, you need a callback or to visit and spend time waiting, touring, signing and paying. The online rent and check-in system is well designed... Sure they dont charge you 25 but the aggrivation inherent in the competitors sales process is also a huge time waste. It takes 5 maybe 10 min in person to sign the agreement (digitally) and get your fob (no passcodes!). If you have the cyndrical lock (check thier website) that the competitors also use, bring it. $20 otherwise, but they accept any other lock that's compatible (call ahead to ensure) I'm very pleased. I've never seen a facility where the staff come and check in with you in the storage lockers area. Good advice or just a good conversation makes things seem more pleasant! They are exceptionally accommodating and even the payment and late fees structure are not onerous at all ... Flexible, and feels more understanding about real life circumstances. Thanks pockit!

It was indeed a pleasant and informative 1st time encounter with Jatin. He made our 1st time experience with storage facility easy and comfortable. And the facility is really clean and no foul smell, which we experienced when scouting other storage facility.
