This is our first time renting a storage. So we didn’t really have any idea about it. Jatin, the customer representative, was really nice and helpful. He showed us around and let us know all the deals that they have. Thanks to him we finally signed the best deal and very happy with it.

I appreciated the positive experience with the friendly and helpful staff at the facility. The clean and easily accessible space added to the overall satisfaction. However, a minor concern arose as I rented a self-storage unit but had to purchase my own lock for securing the doors, which seemed a bit inconvenient. Overall, the customer service was commendable, with just a small aspect for improvement.

Great experience at the Vancouver location. The place is easy to get to, there is always parking and moving carts available and the place is always well lit and safe regardless of the time. Only have had to deal with staff when I signed up. It it was easy and all rules were explained well and efficiently.

We found this storage facility via google search. It was a very good experience, Jatin was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to us, amazing customer service. The monthly charge is very reasonable, they do have some promotions as well. Amazing view! UPDATE: August 11, 2023 Had some issues with one of the staff in regards with how payments and prorate works. She didn’t further explained the process. Even charged me for $600 and when I told her it should only be around $200 then that’s the only time she checked it properly. Was able to get in touch with the Facility Manager Jean, thank you for your time and District Manager Trevor, thank you for explaining it clearly.
