They went above and beyond in showing me various lockers and explaining all the details with patience and professionalism. Their dedication to putting customer service first truly stood out. Moreover, I was impressed by how clean the lockers are kept, reflecting the high standards of maintenance at the facility. The introduction of electric locks is a game-changer – no more hassle with keys! Being able to access the elevator and my locker seamlessly with my phone adds a level of convenience that I greatly appreciate. Lisa helped me find the perfect solution to get me organized, the most essential success of the moving process so far. I'd recommend this location to anyone in need of storage in the East Vancouver or Burnaby area. All the staff have been so helpful, and Lisa really got the momentum on the move going when I didn't know where to begin. Location and facilities are clean, easy and convenient every time I stop by.

This is a whole new way of renting a storage space. Shari who helped me on the phone helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and when I got to the location Lisa showed me the space and did the “paperwork” (which is all electronic now). Both of these ladies were super friendly and obviously enjoy their jobs. Everything was quick and efficient. Storage is expensive, but they have some good deals here so check it out. Also got a car wash gift card which I used immediately! Bought some moving boxes too. One stop shopping for sure. Thanks Lisa and Shari for a really smooth experience today.

I really like this location, I like the no key app to enter the building and storage locker. The facility is incredibly clean, the front staff were wonderful to deal with, answered all my questions and were easy going when we checked through all the info I needed to know. Thank you Lisa and Tina and damn I cannot remember the names of the others I interacted with when I was there filling out the paperwork. Drudgery turned into joy as there were laughs all around. Cheers! Thank you for the positive experience!
