First time using a public storage and honestly didn’t know what to expect. We had an excellent seamless process getting one thanks to Salmin at the Boundary location. He went above and beyond, was pleasant and professional.
The facility is modern, bright, spacious and clean, and the smart key app is a well thought out system!

I had such a wonderful experience at Nationwide Self Storage thanks to Lisa’s exceptional service.
From the moment I walked in, Lisa greeted me with a warm and friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcome. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never hiding or sugarcoating any fees—her honest and customer-first approach was truly refreshing.
Even when it came to the more complicated parts of the contract, Lisa patiently walked me through every detail, making sure I fully understood before signing anything. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out.
I also want to compliment the facility itself—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. It gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings would be stored in such a safe and tidy environment.

Salmin Sayeed, the property manager, was very professional and informative. He understood my needs for the storage space and provided the best available space for my budget. Certainly helped that there is a great promotion now. The Nationwide facility was very clean and well maintained. Also, getting free platinum carwash for the duration of my storage lease was definitely a bonus. Thanks Salmin!

Honestly such a great experience. From the moment I called, everyone was so kind and patient with all my questions. But I especially want to shout out Lisa. She was amazing. She walked me through the whole setup, explained everything clearly, and was just genuinely so friendly and helpful.
The storage space itself is super clean, safe, and high tech (everything run by an app). But it was Lisa who really made it feel easy and stress free. She deserves all the stars. Thank you Lisa!

I’ve used storage units in the past, but I’ve never had an experience quite like this! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Lisa made sure I got the right size unit for my needs and explained all of the options clearly. The facility itself is pristine – clean, well-lit, and secure with cameras everywhere. It’s clear that they really take pride in their property.
