⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Gary! He helped me choose the right storage locker and took the time to go over every detail of the contract. Super nice guy with excellent customer service. The property is very clean, highly advanced, and well maintained. He also offered great promotions and deals, which made the whole process even better. Highly recommend!

I rented a unit 3-4 weeks ago and am just getting around to writing a review. The good thing about that is that I've had the chance to interact with the staff there. When I started to look for storage, I made sure to get good square footage per dollar. I also considered the hours when I would have access to the unit and how far it was from my place. Nationwide were the best on all three counts. To top it up, Lisa told me that I could go in to sign the paperwork the same afternoon and she also made the process clear and speedy.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff! I had a great experience at this storage location. "Simer" was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. Her colleague was also very welcoming and kind. Excellent professional service by Arthikha. I have been using Ationwide for over a year and think the service is very good. I just upgraded to larger storage. She helped me find a very good deal.
