Rented a storage locker at the Pender location earlier this week and had an amazing experience! The facility is clean, modern, and well-priced. Huge shoutout to Gary—the manager—who stayed over 30 minutes past closing to sign me up, give me a tour, and walk me through the app. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Gary! He helped me choose the right storage locker and took the time to go over every detail of the contract. Super nice guy with excellent customer service. The property is very clean, highly advanced, and well maintained. He also offered great promotions and deals, which made the whole process even better. Highly recommend!

Just rented a unit with NationWide. First and foremost thanks to Gary, Arthika and Lynn for a very friendly and welcoming experience renting a unit. The technology to access the storage actually works and it felt very safe. I appreciate the access until 10 pm since the office closes I believe at 5:30 pm on weekdays. Overall great experience.
