Just exceptional and the most secure storage compared to everyone else In Vancouver. The entire crew was highly efficient, but specific recognition goes to Gary—his direct assistance and operational support were outstanding, ensuring a completely seamless process. The facility is well-managed, clean, and highly reliable. And the promos are too good time be true but true!

This is a great place to store your stuff! I got a great deal and it’s open early and late! Simer helped me out and it was super simple to set up my unit and app to get into it. I like how it’s also all controlled from your phone. No key nonsense.

I recently booked a locker at NationWide Self Storage on Pender Street, Vancouver,BC. Before visiting site and booking a storage locker the customer service agent was very informative on only one phone call. That was all that was needed .to make a decision on what locker size, feature, etc Sunny explained everything thoroughly and detailed and I knew which locker was suitable just by information with one phone call!. Going to the site later that day Sunny was professional and precise and clearly provided every detail with all aspects re NationWide Storage any customer needs to know. I always wanted to get a storage unit for my extra personal belongings, so I decided to go with NationWide Self Storage on Pender. This place is super awesome. Its clean, secure, safe and has a very advance looking security system making this place feel very secure. I'm so happy that I chose this place as my first storage unit. I like to thank Sunny and Simer so much for all the great help, time, and accommodating me so well in my search for my perfect storage unit. Thank you so much Sunny and Simer again. Thanks to Simer, we have a great storage unit for much needed extra space. I first met Simer when I was calling around to get pricing quotes from different storage facilities in Vancouver. Simmer was very patient and clearly answered all my questions. She took time to explain the keyless feature of the facility and gave me enough info to do my own research for comparisons. My husband and I met Simer together when we went to do a site visit. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Again, Simer took the time to answer all our questions, take us on a tour of the facility, and show us different units that were available. Once we finalized the paperwork, she ensured the app was working and that we were comfortable with all the details for renting a unit with NationWide Self Storage. Simer made the entire rental process easy and fun!
