This is a great place to store your stuff! I got a great deal and it’s open early and late! Simer helped me out and it was super simple to set up my unit and app to get into it. I like how it’s also all controlled from your phone. No key nonsense.

Really enjoyed my experience here overall. Customer service is TOP NOTCH. Simer is excellent and delightful to deal with. She was patient with me and very helpful. I watched her deal with a few other customers (troublesome ones as well) and each time she was professional and exceptional. Easy to come back to establishments like this when you have people like her looking out for you.

The facilities are always spotless, and Gary is the best. He makes the whole experience very easy. Even though he had to show me three different units before we found the right one, he took the time to explain every detail and really listen to our needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Gary! He helped me choose the right storage locker and took the time to go over every detail of the contract. Super nice guy with excellent customer service. The property is very clean, highly advanced, and well maintained. He also offered great promotions and deals, which made the whole process even better. Highly recommend!

Rented a storage locker at the Pender location earlier this week and had an amazing experience! The facility is clean, modern, and well-priced. Huge shoutout to Gary—the manager—who stayed over 30 minutes past closing to sign me up, give me a tour, and walk me through the app. Incredible customer service. Highly recommend!
