This was my second visit to the Nationwide storage facility to check out the unit and although I was 10 minutes late, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Sunny gave me a detailed tour of the facility, patiently answering all my questions as a first-time user of a storage locker. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, sent me copies of all the receipts and documents via email, and made sure everything was well-organized. He was clearly knowledgeable, and the entire facility was clean and well-maintained. It was a pleasure meeting the staff and learning more about the locker facility. I hope that I have the same experience throughout the rental period.

I went in looking for a small storage space, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money - or a lot of time. I was helped by Sunny, whom did a really good job of figuring out what I needed and within my price range. He very quickly got me set up and signed up. Plus Nationwide does pretty much everything with an app, so he also helped me get signed on to their website and showed me how all of it worked. He made the whole process really painless - he was probably half of the reason that I went with Nationwide!

I called here by chance yesterday, I talked to a polite lady about renting a storage unit and I got a great offer and today I went there and saw the unit, the security and building system is new technology and excellent, the employee service was best and the price they gave me was a quarter of the others There were places. I would like to thank all the employees of this complex, especially Artika, who is the best employee I have seen in Canada. Thank you Artika. Highly recommend 🙏🙏🙏 tnx for coffee

Nationwide Self Storage on Pender has been fantastic! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. The standout, though, is the amazing customer service. Gary, the manager, and the other staff went above and beyond to help us during our move, which was quite stressful. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions or lend a hand. It’s rare to find such dedicated and helpful staff, and Gary made the entire process so much smoother for us. If you’re looking for a storage facility with great amenities and top-notch service, I highly recommend Nationwide Self Storage on Pender. Thank you, Gary, for all your help!

Just booked a small storage unit today online, and when I called to confirm things, I talked to Simer. She was great, when I got there around 3:45 pm (running later then I hope to from the ferry) she showed me around, explained how things worked and even laughed at a couple of my lame jokes. She was always pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. Place has great prices, is clean and convenient. I tried to add a second review because I forgot to mention Gary. He was awesome as well.

5'x5'	Small (25 square feet) The size of a small closet. Good for chairs, cabinets, electronics, boxes.
5'x10'	Small (50 square feet) The size of a large walk-in closet. Good for a mattress set, couch, dining room tables, chairs, boxes.
