I recently took a storage unit at Mini Mall Storage for my partner, and I have to say, the service was exceptional.

I have never rented a storage unit where there is a washroom in the lobby so you can actually use the facilities without having to lock up and find a washroom nearby. I've rented many others, and this is a first. It's much appreciated! I also was very pleased to see the broom and dustpan for renters' use.
Finally, I am really impressed with the service provided by Ashish! He is friendly and goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Excellent customer service!
Tasniya took the time to show me around the facility and the locker I was allocated. She talked me through all the pricing and made sure I was comfortable with everything before signing.
