Nahim helped me and my friend move in—we share a locker—and he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On my second visit, I noticed how clean the washroom and loading bay were. Nahim was actually cleaning them himself, which really shows how much he cares about the place.
The only thing I didn’t like was that a U-Haul truck was parked in front, making it a bit hard to get into the office. Also, we used to be with Mayfair Self Storage and we kind of miss the vending machine they had there for buying drinks.
Overall, great service and a clean facility. Nahim does a great job!

Very secure, maybe a wee bit to much. A lil time consuming getting in and out. Locker location could have been close to elevator it appears as lockers were empty closer by. Seems this should be a automatic thing to put your unit in the next most accessible location.Very warm up on the 4th floor. But I must say everyone I dealt with was very accommodating. Even when I stayed a little too late one night. The customer service team helped us get our last trip done and our locker secured as the elevator had stopped working at 10pm. Thanks all I'll definitely recommend you all in the future. Thank-you Nahim and manager Darren, I'm sure we will cross paths again soon.

needed a short term storage which was provided by mini mall storage north van. The facility was clean and safe. Darren was a gentleman and explained thoroughly about the contract. Everything from signing up, accessing the unit, and loading our gear into the locker was super smooth and easy. When we did have questions, Tasniya at the front desk provided great customer service. We were extremely happy with our experience!

We had such an amazing experience at the North Vancouver U-Haul thanks to Tasniya! She went above and beyond to help us book a last-minute truck when we really needed it. Not only did she get everything sorted quickly and smoothly, but she also made sure we had all the extras — dollies, a 2-wheeler, and plenty of blankets. She’s so friendly, professional, and genuinely a lovely person to deal with. Tasniya turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, stress-free experience. U-Haul is lucky to have her — thank you so much, Tasniya!
