I’ve been using this storage for almost a year, and it has been excellent. The great accessibility from home, clean and well-maintained facility, and friendly staffs make it convenient to use anytime. Tasniya is super kind and explains everything clearly, which was especially helpful during my recent renewal. Highly recommended!

Nahim helped me and my friend move in—we share a locker—and he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On my second visit, I noticed how clean the washroom and loading bay were. Nahim was actually cleaning them himself, which really shows how much he cares about the place.
The only thing I didn’t like was that a U-Haul truck was parked in front, making it a bit hard to get into the office. Also, we used to be with Mayfair Self Storage and we kind of miss the vending machine they had there for buying drinks.
Overall, great service and a clean facility. Nahim does a great job!

Nice, clean, and easy to access facility. The staff was very nice, easy to deal with, communication was always prompt, effective, and respectful. The price was competitive compared to other nearby storage places. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I don’t need storage at the moment, but if I ever do again, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Great customer service at Mini Mall Storage this weekend. Nahim was so friendly and helpful when picking up and dropping off the U-Haul rental. Highly recommend!

Very secure, maybe a wee bit to much. A lil time consuming getting in and out. Locker location could have been close to elevator it appears as lockers were empty closer by. Seems this should be a automatic thing to put your unit in the next most accessible location.Very warm up on the 4th floor. But I must say everyone I dealt with was very accommodating. Even when I stayed a little too late one night. The customer service team helped us get our last trip done and our locker secured as the elevator had stopped working at 10pm. Thanks all I'll definitely recommend you all in the future. Thank-you Nahim and manager Darren, I'm sure we will cross paths again soon.
