I have never rented a storage unit where there is a washroom in the lobby so you can actually use the facilities without having to lock up and find a washroom nearby. I've rented many others, and this is a first. It's much appreciated! I also was very pleased to see the broom and dustpan for renters' use.
Finally, I am really impressed with the service provided by Ashish! He is friendly and goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Clean, well organized and managed. Dolly’s, doors, all in good working order. This business is perfect and the service is fantastic. I have been dealing with Darren and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear to you when you’re leasing here. I fully recommend this business if you are needing storage in this area.

I opened an account at Mini Mall Storage to store some personal items prior to the sale of my townhouse. During the process Mohammed was very courteous and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and provide alternatives. The facilities were clean and seemed well maintained.
