The service received by Tashniya was impeccable, whatever she’s getting paid it’s not enough, normal U-Haul doesn’t give this must care and attention. Great asset to the company. Special mention to Nahim also, walked me out to the van to ensure all was correct before. A+ service.

I had a great experience at Mini Mall Storage, mainly thanks to Nahim at the reception. He was very professional, friendly, and patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer all my questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very positive first impression. Highly recommended!

Nahim helped me and my friend move in—we share a locker—and he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On my second visit, I noticed how clean the washroom and loading bay were. Nahim was actually cleaning them himself, which really shows how much he cares about the place.
The only thing I didn’t like was that a U-Haul truck was parked in front, making it a bit hard to get into the office. Also, we used to be with Mayfair Self Storage and we kind of miss the vending machine they had there for buying drinks.
Overall, great service and a clean facility. Nahim does a great job!
