I had a great experience at Mini Mall Storage, mainly thanks to Nahim at the reception. He was very professional, friendly, and patient, and took the time to clearly explain everything and answer all my questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Excellent customer service and a very positive first impression. Highly recommended!

Nahim was very understanding and was extremely helpful in helping me with getting the unit that I needed to put equipment away. He is very experienced and coordinated on what to make sure to help my needs when I had a problem as well.

Nahim was very helpful with renting me a storage unit and also a U-Haul truck. He helped make the process straightforward, and was very professional. I really appreciated him, I appreciate his effort and I would definitely recommend mini mall storage. Also he’s an excellent cleaner. 😃😃

Nahim helped me and my friend move in—we share a locker—and he was very kind and provided excellent customer service. On my second visit, I noticed how clean the washroom and loading bay were. Nahim was actually cleaning them himself, which really shows how much he cares about the place.
The only thing I didn’t like was that a U-Haul truck was parked in front, making it a bit hard to get into the office. Also, we used to be with Mayfair Self Storage and we kind of miss the vending machine they had there for buying drinks.
Overall, great service and a clean facility. Nahim does a great job!
