Our Company has rented space at this storage facility for many years and just recently sold the Company and and no longer have need for storage space. the premises are always clean and Ashish and other staff members were always helpful and courteous. we have on a number of occasions had a mobile shredding service come to the premises to shred documents and drivers always comment on the degree of security, saying it is the best they have seen. i can say in all the years we haduse of the facility, we never had any problems and can recommend them to anyone looking for storage space to rent

I have rented a storage space from Mini Mall Storage in North Vancouver. Ashish, the gentleman who is working for Mini Mall, helped me very effectively. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the products and services they offered. He kindly helped me to identify & decide on the appropriate space needed for best possible price & value. I found his customer service to be excellent, quick and efficient. The property and interior is clean, free of debris and carts are readily available.

I went to the North Vancouver location. I had a great experience. When I got there ASHISH welcomed me and showed me the unit and gave me detail information of everything I needed to know. I recommend this place. Super friendly and helpful staff!! Thanks.

I have been using Mini Mall Storage for over 6 years, and I honestly have to say the facility is really nice, clean and secure. The storage environment is well controlled, as my belongings have not seemed to age a day, with even paper being keep in great condition. What really stands out though is service. Nahim, at the front desk, helped me remove my lock when I recently lost my keys, and had a ton of information on things like disposal options and the like. His helpful and positive attitude was really appreciated! Overall, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the place!

Ashish was able to help me and my stressful need for storage in a pinch. Very informative and patient, love that Dolly's are available and not locked up. Will recommend this company.
