We've had lockers at Mini Mall storage for several years. Darren and Ashish have been amazing! They are the big reason we've stayed. Excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to help however they can. I highly recommend the North Van Mini Mall Storage for big , small, short or long term storage needs.

The Mini Mall Storage Unit is excellent! The facility is extremely well maintained and they are constantly cleaning and doing maintained to keep it in amazing condition. The staff I have interacted with I can not praise enough, everyone (Ashish in particular) goes out of their way to assist you and if they can not they offer solutions. They also allows follow up with an email to confirm what has been changed, offered or completed.

We have been using Mini Mall storage for a few years now and have been very pleased with the service, prices and the facility. In particular, we have dealt with Ashish frequently, and he has been very professional, courteous and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location!
