We needed storage in the lower mainland and looked at a number of alternatives.
We wanted a storage facility that could accept our furniture deliveries and have a space for us to store a vehicle.
We spoke to a # of storage properties and then spoke with Tracy of Maple Leaf Storage in Vancouver and realized we may have found our storage property.
When we arrived at Maple Leaf Storage at Boundary and First it was obvious we had. Tracy was even better in person, and the facility was spotless, well organized and actually perfect. After we booked with them all of our visits and phone calls were friendly and professional. So thank you Tracy and team for making our move so much easier.

I chose this facility based on positive reviews and I am so glad I did. I have found the staff to be friendly and professional, always happy to answer any questions I had. I was very pleased with the design of the building and found it very easy to move things in and out. The equipment is well maintained and there are different types of carts to suit my needs, I especially liked the bed carts!! The flat decks are a good size and spacious corridors between the lockers allowed for easy access. The indoor parking is massive and even with moving trucks in the area, there was still plenty of room at the five bay doors to for others to use. I felt my belongings were safe and secure with the controlled access and never worried about a thing. Being adjacent to Hwy #1 makes it so easy to get to!! If you are looking for a CLEAN, SAFE, and SECURE storage facility, you can't go wrong with this location, great people and value!

Tracey and Chris are phenomenal. I couldn't be more happy. They helped me out when I was in a tight pinch and made every process smooth. Customer service is amazing and the facility is a clean and organized. I recommend them to anyone that needs storage space whether it's for business or personal.

Tracy was the most helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and overall sweet customer service representative I’ve talked to in a while for any service industry. It’s my first time using a storage unit and she made it extremely painless even though moving is so stressful. She deserves all the kudos in the world and a raise! We are so happy with this storage facility and the staff are very helpful. I have been renting a large storage locker for over 2 years and I only have good things to say! Bonus; Bosa Foods is right next door - perfect stop on the way or from the storage:)
