We have been renting here for about 5 months now, and we could not be happier. The place is very clean, our first locker was spacious and fabulous. We downsized to a smaller one which is also great. We feel FULLY supported by Chris and Sonja and the rest of their team - their communication is excellent, responsive and helpful. We also find their equipment super helpful - the various size dollies are amazing. Plus, they have incorporated great security features so we feel our belongings are safe. Thank you!

Our family has used Maple Leaf Storage in West Vancouver for more than ten years. The facility is consistently clean, well lit and secure, with no food waste or anything that might attract pests. My wife and kids, from high school through university, have always felt safe dropping off or picking up items on their own.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The units are bright and airy, which makes it easy to see what you’re doing and reorganize your belongings. The halls are wide, so moving larger items is straightforward. The covered loading bays are a lifesaver when you’re hauling out Christmas boxes on a wet December night. In summer, the units stay cool enough that heat and humidity have never damaged anything we’ve stored.

You get what you pay for. Amazing location, friendly staff, heated and secure lockers, great operation hours. Access to great loading bays for big trucks, oversized elevators, commercial grade carts, a storefront offering affordable packaging and boxes….. they even offer you coffee or tea. We have been using this facility for over 15 years on and off. So happy they are here.

I cannot recommend this storage facility enough. From the very kind, courteous and efficient staff, Sonja and Chris, to the spotlessly-clean, bright and easily accessible hallways and storage units, not to mention competitive prices, you will not be disappointed. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I have had a great experience with Maple Leaf storage in West Vancouver. The team there are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! The facilities are very spacious and clean and well organized. Highly recommend!
