The facility is incredibly easy to access, making it super convenient to get to my belongings whenever I need. They also have fantastic deals that are hard to beat, which makes storing my items here a no-brainer. For 15 years I have used Taylor Way, MLS West Vancouver storage and have always been completely satisfied with the place! The level of cleanliness and service offered by every worker and management has always been spot on - even when I messed up and did not leave at closing time and caused a big ruckus! Even then the manager was decent with me and though he was stern he was most gracious. Great people. The facilities are very well kept and the security is perfect. I never felt concerned about my safety or my belongs safety. If you want a good place to store your stuffs I highly recommend West Vancouver Maple Leaf Storage. #1 in my books!! Top-tier people and great service. Chris, Sonja and Danial are friendly and knowledgeable and all take a personal interest in your experience. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Sign-up and cancellation were a breeze and I will definitely be back if I have future storage needs!

First time self storage rental experience for me and they were there for me from the first call. They helped me all the way in the process and offered me different options and personalized solutions. My mover canceled on me the same day (and time) they supposed to come and pick up my stuff to take to the storage and the staff from Maple Leaf helped me get another mover right away (independent from Maple Leaf Self Storage).
