Clint and Rhonda were extremely professional, both of whom went out of their way to make sure that the process of moving a client out was exceptional. We flew in from Toronto with the sole intention of clearing out a couple of lockers for a client and shipping the 6 skids of contents back to Ontario. They were extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to arrange the endeavour prior to us flying out, and once at Maple Leaf Storage, ensured that carts and pump trucks were available to aid in the process. The facility was clean and bright, all staff were friendly and patient. The transport company was a bit delayed, and Clint made sure all 6 skids were loaded and communicated with us that everything was handled without issue. The process went so well that we had a bit of extra time to enjoy a little bit of Vancouver's best seafood offerings. Clint and Rhonda actually made our job easier - not often one can say that. Would not hesitate to recommend doing business with them in the future.

My experience with Maple Leaf was nothing short of amazing. The staff were professional and competent, with knowledge of the site, ammenities and, deals they offer. As it was my first time renting a locker, Rhonda was kind and patient through the move in process and helped explain aspects of the contract I did not fully understand. The site itself is clean with ample room for parking. If you are interested in renting a self storage locker, Maple Leaf is the way to go.

The facility is clean, very well kept, has easy access for vehicles & provides all the things you need to transport your items to and from your storage lockers. It’s nice to be working with a storage company that actually cares! Bonus Fridays they have treats for the customers 😉

Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff who are all very thorough in their jobs. The facility is awesome. Well run, clean and easy to access. We have recommended the Wall St location to many friends because of our outstanding experience storing there ourselves.
