I had a really pleasant experience renting this storage unit for 10 months. It was my first time renting storage, so I was a bit nervous at first, but all the staff members were sincere, responsive, and very helpful whenever I had questions.
I rented an upper unit with a balcony since it was more affordable than the ground-level ones. It turned out to be a great choice — I rented for a longer period and quickly got used to going up and down the stairs.
Toward the end of my rental, I stopped by often to clear out my unit and interacted with one of the staff members, Meth, who was always kind and thoughtful. He even lent me a lock when I needed mine elsewhere and offered cookies and bottled water for me and my friend after we finished moving everything out.
It was such a warm, family-like experience — I actually felt a bit sad to leave!

These guys were great! We found our selves in fast need Of a storage space and these guys were right there to help. And help they did! They even helped take the stuff up to the unit and load it in. Price was more than reasonable. They have great discounts for students. We will definitely bring them our business next summer!!

The staff is friendly courteous, the lockers are clean and while secured. The difficulty hears is extremely hot inside is the ventilation is horrendous, and a lot of times you're going to see people working in their storage units and in the walkways using the space as an office as opposed to a storage unit. And unfortunately the accessibility hours are very minimal. The prices are mid-range, as there is cheaper and there is more expensive. But what you're paying for is good service.
However unfortunately they also accompanied that forces costs on you which other places do not force on you. They have a lot of surprise costs which will they will throw at you throughout the time that you are there which is what happened to me unfortunately.

Clint and Rhonda were extremely professional, both of whom went out of their way to make sure that the process of moving a client out was exceptional. We flew in from Toronto with the sole intention of clearing out a couple of lockers for a client and shipping the 6 skids of contents back to Ontario. They were extremely helpful in providing the necessary information to arrange the endeavour prior to us flying out, and once at Maple Leaf Storage, ensured that carts and pump trucks were available to aid in the process.
The facility was clean and bright, all staff were friendly and patient. The transport company was a bit delayed, and Clint made sure all 6 skids were loaded and communicated with us that everything was handled without issue. The process went so well that we had a bit of extra time to enjoy a little bit of Vancouver's best seafood offerings. Clint and Rhonda actually made our job easier - not often one can say that. Would not hesitate to recommend doing business with them in the future.
