We’re a long-term client of Maple Leaf Self Storage Wall Street and have consistently had a great experience. Meth and Clint have been extremely helpful, especially when we needed to change unit sizes a few times to better meet our needs. They were patient, flexible, and genuinely focused on finding the right solution for us.
The entire team is welcoming and very helpful, and they offer units in so many different sizes, which made it easy to adjust as our storage needs changed. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very convenient. Loading in and out is easy, and the carts are always accessible, which makes a big difference.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, well-run storage facility with excellent customer service.

Meth and Mark were incredibly
helpful I called in the morning inquiring about a large size indoor locker to store my touring motorcycle for a few months as well as some personal items - they were able to accommodate me that afternoon.
The facility is solid and well maintained, and obviously very secure and clean! I highly recommend the storage facility to anyone looking for reasonably priced and professional storage in Vancouver.

There’s no better storage team in all of
Metro Vancouver. They are flexible, helpful, and so caring. We were working hard one day and they brought us cookies and water! We’ve moved storage lockers inside the facility a few times across the years and wouldn’t keep our belongings anywhere else. Don’t bother with any other places; these guys are the best.

My father and sister came to Canada last year for a 6 month English class.I hope you remember my father because he don’t know any English words, only Japanese and he is not very good at computer and phone as well. He said you are the kindest person in Vancouver and helped him to get storage locker and was very patient.
We want to thank you for taking care of my father and taking extra time to use translation app on your phone to translate the paper works to my dad and thank you again for explaining everything and being very clear and direct to me on the phone.
Thank you again for taking time to download Google translation app in my father phone and it helped him to manage and communicate other things in Vancouver as well.
We have not received this type of exceptional customer service from anyone and my dad would always tell my sister to always be patient and listen and give the best solution like Meth San did.

My organization has been with Maple Leaf Self-Storage - Wall street for over 10 years and found it excellent. Our locker was on the second floor but easy to get to with the elevator and the numerous 'luggage trolleys one could boo row to move the big, awkward items: some big lumber posts, wires, small fridge, boxes of stationery supplies, folding chairs - all fit nicely in the high ceiling storage area. The hallways are brightly lit, kept clean and cool in the summer time. But best of all are the front desk Office staff who are flexible and handle all sorts of personal requests needed by the various members of our team who used the Locker over these many years.
