Great storage facility. Very clean! Well organized design with very functional loading bays and extra wide elevators and hallways. Onsite trolley carts to help with the moving process. Seamless billing. Easy online checkout forms. Convenient access hours 7 days per week. Staff is well trained and very helpful.

Very happy with my experience with the Quebec street Maple Leaf Storage. I had originally reserved an 8' x 10' unit, but when I arrived it turned out I needed a 10'x10'. Thankfully they allowed me to be flexible and allowed me switch my reservation to the larger unit without any additional fees (except the cost differential). Later during my reservation I lost the key to my unit and they helped me replace the at a very reasonable price. Overall, the units were clean, the service exceptional, the staff friendly, and there are several large spaces for moving trucks (20 foot truck fit fine). I would recommended this to my friends, family, and anyone reading this review!
