North Shore/Cap Road facility is fantastic. The staff have always been wonderful; so very prompt, professional, helpful and down to earth. Comfortable, very clean and very secure. Highly recommend! Who knew storage could be such a pleasant experience? 😅

Really convenient location for us. Clean, spacious, easy to park and load/unload. Felt very secure. Helpful staff. Wished the evening hours were a bit later than 8pm (really no time to go after getting the kids to bed).

Absolutely the best service! Especially when I visited the location in person, both people working behind the counter were so friendly and helpful, they even printed and drew me a map to my locker. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage service options!

This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used. Always clean and lots of carts available. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Steve. The place has great security measures, good hours, and is very, very new.

Steve, the store manager, was very helpful to us as we registered for a unit and he advised us well on the appropriate size and price for our items. I like the location and facilities and definitely recommend it!
