When eventually I got into their office to inquire more about the rental process, the Store Manager Sherry was very friendly and explained the process and started the paperwork for us, and Samantha was also very helpful finishing the paperwork towards the end of the process. They did not try to 'up sell me to get a larger space, and also gave practical advice. The facility is well maintained and pretty secured. The staff at Maple leaf commercial drive branch were friendly and knowledgeable when I first called in to enquire about the offers available. The promotion they had was good but the warmth of the customer service made the difference and I immediately went over to sign up and get the keys to my storage unit. The process was simple and easy and I got the keys to my storage unit in less than 30 minutes. I highly appreciate the assistance provided to me during the end of my rental of the storage unit; the storage unit team responded to my email on the same day and provided extra days at no charge given my situation as I was not able to return to Vancouver from overseas. This shows that the business truly cares for its customers and made a huge difference to me. I will highly recommend this storage space to my friends and family!
