Excellent customer service. They do not discriminate against anyone, unlike the Public Storage facility across from them. MLSS have offered noticeably competitive rates. Overall, I'd pick Maple Leaf Self Storage over Public Storage at any given opportunity, they know how to truly provide exceptional customer service and support.

I have been renting a storage locker with maple leaf on commercial drive for over a year and definitely choose the right place to rent. The facility is always remarkably clean, has great security, accommodating locker access hours and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to rent a locker here again if needed.
