Standard items can be carried by 1 person such as boxes, bins, luggage, bikes, small furniture, etc.

Ivan and Kaya at Cache Depot are great!! Easily the best storage experience I've had. They help you unload everything, no need to wheel all your stuff through a warehouse to play tetris. They take everything from your vehicle, label it, and shelve it themselves. They even wrapped my couch in and bagged my mattress free of charge. The only hard part is is trying to find the loading bay -- its in the back alley, but Google maps takes you to the front (no biggie once you actually read their emails properly though :) Excellent service! This will be my go-to from storage from now one. They've set a new standard!

Every one of the earlier reviews here have been glowing 5-star accolades, and we wholeheartedly concur! Ivan and his friendly team members are providing an impeccable quality of service at a staggering, unbeatable price point! We stored our excess luggage with Cache Depot for a month while we travelled around the US, and came back to pick it up when we returned to Vancouver. Ivan — the boss — was already waiting for us with our items ready for pick up when we arrived (on time) for our collection appointment, and even helped us to carry it down the stairs as we left! Frankly, we wonder how they are able to stay profitable providing such outstanding service at such amazing value for money, but we certainly hope that they do, and keep going! Thank you, Ivan and team, for the wonderful experience. We unreservedly recommend Cache Depot!

Excellent service!
I moved countries and needed somewhere to store a few boxes while I got settled, and this has been such an easy and convenient solution.
Communication has been prompt and friendly, and they’ve always been flexible about fitting me in. I felt confident that my belongings were secure and well looked after the whole time.
I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone ☺️

This service is AMAZING! If you're storing luggage for any length of time it's SO much more affordable than the services near Vancouver Airport. I was storing luggage for 2 separate trips and Ivan and his team gave me complete peace of mind that it was totally secure and I could pick it up exactly when I needed to. Just give Ivan a call and he'll help you out. I really can't speak highly enough of this storage option. Thanks again Ivan!

Ivan is not only a top professional but a gentleman too. Constantly providing updates and the facility takes care of your items.
I had several items stored there for over a year and I found no scratches on anything. My items were wrapped which was a nice touch on the day I was clearing out my storage.
10/10 would recommend!
