Excellent service! Cache Depot is a much more affordable self storage facility compared to the companies that sell you a storage unit. The customer service is also excellent - Ivan is friendly, helpful and accommodating to his customer’s needs. Cache Depot makes storage exactly what it should be: secure, convenient and affordable. Would recommend to anyone.

Beyond impressed with how professional and down-to-earth Ivan and Kaya was with my storage needs.
Their facility is immaculately clean, they catalogued all my things for my peace of mind and they treat everyone with respect. I never knew a 5-star service from a storage company before I met these guys.

We’ve been using Cache Depot over the last few months and it exceeds our expectations! Easy to communicate with the owner for drop offs and pickups (they’re quite flexible), easy to pull up to load and unload, their sorting area is clean and I feel my items are secure. The pricing model is really reasonable priced too. I recommend to all my friends! Thanks Cache Depot!

Stored my things here for last couple months and is the best option for storage in all Vancouver! Owners made drop off and pick up INCREDIBLY easy, cannot beat their customer service! Honestly much better experience and pricing than those other “self-service” storage units. Would use this service again in a heartbeat! Thank you Ivan!

Superb service here. Needed somewhere safe and secure to leave some heavy luggage whilst travelling, and this proved an excellent place at great value. Ivan was extremely accommodating for drop-off and pick-up times, and overall I would fully recommend. Thank you!
