We had the most seamless experience storing a couple extra suitcases while we’re relocating. The process is super straightforward, the staff is super proactive, so in 2min we were done.
We’re going to store our snowboard gear and some extra items we don’t need in our house at all times, so their service is super convenient and the prices is very reasonable.

I stored my ski bag there for 2 months whilst travelling before heading back to Australia. It was such a great service for a great price (much cheaper than freighting my bag home). Ivan was very responsive and easy to organise pick up/drop off. Highly recommend

I’ve just gone through a full cycle after leaving my roof top tent at Cache Depot in the fall which I just picked up today. Ivan and Kaya operate a fantastic business, super easy to book an appointment through their super intuitive website and great pricing. They’re so welcoming, friendly and have been super helpful for dismounting and mounting my tent as well. Kaya even gave me a can of Bubbly while I was tying things up! They have my full recommendation!

This service is AMAZING! If you're storing luggage for any length of time it's SO much more affordable than the services near Vancouver Airport. I was storing luggage for 2 separate trips and Ivan and his team gave me complete peace of mind that it was totally secure and I could pick it up exactly when I needed to. Just give Ivan a call and he'll help you out. I really can't speak highly enough of this storage option. Thanks again Ivan!

Cache Depot was honestly the best experience I’ve had on my holiday so far!
I was flying east exploring and needed somewhere to store my larger suitcase to save $$$, and Ivan was absolutely fantastic - super helpful and really flexible in helping me out, and he also gave me some great tips!
Pricing was also super reasonable. I highly recommend this service for anyone needing to store personal belongings in the city
