I highly recommend Cache Depot to anyone looking for affordable storage without sacrificing convenience. I stored some boxes and bins and the process has been convenient. I can simply email them a day before I need to retrieve something, and it's ready for pickup when I arrive.

We only have good things to say about Cache Depot. We've shipped things directly to them without any issues. They keep us updated and send us a photo when our package arrives at their facility. It has made living abroad so much easier as we wait for our condo to be finished in Van!

Out of all the self-storage places I've used, this one is for sure the most unique. It literally feels like having a personal assistant with my storage! I just let them know I'm coming a day before and what items I need. Then they have everything prepared for me when I get there. I couldn't recommend it more.

Customer Service and support at its perfection? That's what Cache Depot's team ,especially Ivan, provided. From the first contact until the last minute drop, Ivan was always helpful, polite, willing to go the extra mile so he could accommodate my needs. He always took the time to answer questions. He was also always willing to be flexible and opened making everything so much easier. Michelle also provided information quickly and objectively when requested, making the process easy and friendly. Recently the lockers in my condo were broken into so I started looking for a self storage option with more security. I was pleased to find Cache Depot. They were friendly and affordable because they store by item. Not only was this method of storage more secure because they don't have public access, but it was less work for me since I don’t need to manage my belongings. I highly recommend Cache Depot for its price, efficiency and security.
