Had a great experience with Cache Depot! They were a huge help when moving to Vancouver. I shipped a wooden crate and they were able to receive it for me and store it until I was ready to unload it. I've also stored a set of tires since and with both it has been very easy to arrange a time to come retrieve the items. The price is very reasonable as well!

Excellent service! Cache Depot is a much more affordable self storage facility compared to the companies that sell you a storage unit. The customer service is also excellent - Ivan is friendly, helpful and accommodating to his customer’s needs. Cache Depot makes storage exactly what it should be: secure, convenient and affordable. Very convenient and good value option for storing luggage. Owner very agile and understanding when we put the wrong date for pick up due to time zone error. We stored two snowboard bags for a couple of months and pick up and drop off was very easy with great online booking process

Beyond impressed with how professional and down-to-earth Ivan and Kaya was with my storage needs. Their facility is immaculately clean, they catalogued all my things for my peace of mind and they treat everyone with respect.
