VERY accommodating! VERY understanding!
I did not rent a storage unit from here but I did win a couple storage units in an auction. I have been in the auction game for quite some time now and I would have to say Advanced Storage Centre was by far the best storage place I've had to deal with when it comes to the auction game.. I WISH ALL storage places were this great when it comes to customer service!

I'm a relatively new client of Advanced Storage in Vancouver, we have been using the facility for the past 5 months. The facility is always kept very clean and tidy, it's also well lit which makes is safe and easy if coming or going in the evening. The location is perfect for us given the close proximity to the highway so getting around is super convenient.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. They really go out of their way to help you and accommodate requests. I needed to buy a particular kind of lock and they knew exactly what I was talking about and were great at helping me source it!

They were great to deal with from day #1. Deb is totally in charge and easy to deal with. Also proactive in solving issues. Convenient location for us just off the highway.
They also work well with us to coordinate incoming shipments of our product to the locker as I cannot always be there. And a plus, they were really nice to my dog :)

I have been dealing with Advanced Storage in Vancouver for nearly two years. The staff are amazing, very helpful every time I speak with them. They have invested a lot in the property with many upgrades to the facilities. The facility is clean, bright, and always well kept. Security has never been a concern. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for storage.
