Helpful, well priced, convenient and good hours. They are very accommodating and will go out of their way to make your experience better whenever you interact with the employees. Good security, great location, clean and rodent free lockers! They really take care of this place and it shows. Very happy with this company. I have been a long time client of theirs and have never had a bad experience!

In an industry filled with "facility fees, carbon offsets, and mandatory overpriced insurance" Advanced Self Storage keeps things simple with their pricing- monthly rental fee + GST. The staff here were very helpful on the phone and when I came in to sign my documents they were knowledgeable and efficient! I called around to many storage facilities in North Van & Burnaby- Advanced was the best in both service and pricing transparency! They won my business :)

I used this storage facility for 5ish years and my experience was good. Better pricing than others. My unit remained dry and the security is very good. Only encountered 2 hiccups when the elevator and door near my unit was unaccessible, would've appreciated a "heads-up" email as navigating another route through the building was a little frustrating. At the end of the day, would rent there again.

Rented a unit recently here, place is clean, secure. Good location, reasonable price. Great customer service, the girl in the office was really nice, I believe her name was Maria. Would definitely recommend.

Look elsewhere if you are in need of storage. We were away for a month and they needed access to our locker. They were relocating units due to a storm. We were told they’d have professional movers to relocate us to another unit and thought we were in good hands. Once we were back from our trip.. it’s offensive that anyone could treat our stuff how they did. Not only did they break my mountain bike, but everything looked to have been thrown in a dangerous pile in the back.. unable to grab something without everything falling on top of you. Not to mention they put our shelving up against the entrance door, and we were unable to physically get into the locker!! The worst part is, when the issue was brought up to management, they did absolutely nothing, and didn’t have a care in the world. He is greedy, rude, condescending and entitled. They are lucky we didn’t get hurt when trying to reorganize the mess they created.
