Very organized and responsive staff. Walter was very helpful, clear, and friendly during the process of figuring out our contract’s policies at Advanced Storage.

The staff are very nice and polite!! The prices are expensive and there's only 1 dim motion sensored light bulb in a large unit and no power outlets anywhere on property to use, so good luck if your phone dies, and if you're in your unit at the back and the light goes out, you're left in the dark!! Also you're left to the elements so if it's cold or raining or dark out, you don't wanna be there cause your unit is basically the same temp as the outside, with no way to plug in a light or a heater!! A neighbor of mine had mold all over his stored clothing and purses, but this is also cause they weren't properly stored just loose, I didn't have that problem cause everything was properly stored!!

The facility was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Sign up through web page was easy. Check in was fast and efficient. Friendly service.

Access to the locker is very good, no stairs and can basically drive right up the unit. Very well kept and the staff id very friendly and helpful.

The staff at Advanced Self Storage responded quickly to an urgent need I had, recommended the appropriate sized locker and completed all of the paperwork in a timely, professional manner. The locker was clean, dry and well maintained. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.
