Sentinel Storage - Vancouver

Carlos gave some of the best customer service I have ever experienced since arriving in Canada. He walked me through every step of the process, answered every question I had, he engaged in conversation while still maintaining a listening ear. The facility itself was very clean, well ventilated and safe. My storage unit was bigger than I anticipated so I was happy with that. Overall great experience so far. Will update after my storage term.

According to my work I have been to many storage facilities around BC. Sentinel storage in Laurel street has the best customer service, ample of parking and well planned units out of all!

The staff here are kind and helpful and the experience of renting a storage unit was very straight forward and easy. However, I was charged for a lock and not provided a receipt because they made the mistake of charging it under the wrong account. I told them more than once that I needed a receipt for work expense purposes and was never provided one. I went back a few weeks later asking again and I was told they would find a solution but they never did. This storage facility is in a great location, very easy to access, and everyone I interacted with was very helpful with the exception of this one issue but it is an issue if you are someone who has to provide this sort of documentation for work purposes.

The initial contact by phone was a lady in Toronto - kind, friendly and great detail of the service. Need to add she was a very good listener. Definitely management material. Then at the storage facility - again really good employees - service, explanation and a great smile. This makes Sentinel the place to go. Thank you for your exceptional employees.
